At SLAM, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your game. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, athletic condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
